How to Use

Warm:
Microwave for 1–2 minutes. Heating times may vary depending on your microwave. Always test the temperature before placing on skin.

Cool:
Place in the freezer for 1–2 hours before use for refreshing cooling comfort.

• Do not machine wash or submerge in water

• Allow to dry completely if damp

• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use
